Next week will be Sue’s 50th birthday. Sue just had an easy check in with her doctor a couple weeks ago. But unfortunately like many of you, probably, we both have had the cold.
This last week, Sue’s folks have been keeping us company for the Jewish High Holidays. It was on Rosh Hashanah that Sue was born. We are thankful for their love and support through the years. And we had a nice time when they took us out for a wonderful birthday celebration.
And we are thankful as it has been a very rough year with lots of days in the hospital and a chilly January in Philly. And again thanks for the love and support from all of you through this all. Happy and Sweet New Year!
And as September is also Blood Cancer Awareness Month, perhaps consider a gift to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society ( http://lls.org ). LLS has helped patients and researchers. Sue depends on new drugs that have revolutionized the treatment of leukemia and other cancers. Your support may be crucial for all the patients struggling and their families.
And please wish Sue a very happy birthday!!!
